Plans

Here are plans for the do-it-yourselfer. In the weeks and months to come Next Day Jumps will add more free plans for building wood jumps. Our Duralon is the perfect material to build standards, gates, brush boxes and vertical walls but wood and plywood make excellent banks and walls. Check back to this location in the future to find more PDFs.

RailsOctagonal Rails--If you don't live in California, the only state we can ship our precision-milled poles to, these are rails that you can make with 4x4" lumber and a circular saw. Its a simple process, and our carpenter Ben is here to walk you through every step.

We will soon have plans for:

Wall2'6" Wall Base--this jump has a sloped front and a vertical backand can be jumped either direction.

Bank2'6" Bank--this is a quarter round jump. The curved bank is madewith two layers of 1/4" plywood and it screwed down to a 2x2" frame.Paint the bank green and add green outdoor carpeting to the curve. This is a attractive jump.

BlocksBlocks--add height to the Wall Base by adding blocks of 3", 6", 12", or 18" heights. These are easy to make out of 1/2" plywood and 2x2" lumber.
