You can obtain PVC or wood rails locally.
If you want to use PVC poles you can buy them from plumbing supply stores, or large home improvement stores like Lowes or Home Depot. Be sure to buy schedule 40 PVC pipe. Schedule 40 is the thicker wall and will work better.
Wood poles can be purchased locally. Do a Google search on "jump rails" or "jump poles" or "dowelled jump rails" Find a supplier as close as possible to you to minimize shipping.
An alternative to buying poles is to cut your own poles out of 4 x 4 lumber available at any lumber yard. This entails ripping the corners off which will form an octagonal rail with a 3 1/2" diameter. This is a bit lighter then the dowelled poles, they are not quite as strong, but strength varies depending on the quality of the 4 x 4. Choose the most knot free lumber available. They are very handsome and if you do it yourself they will be quite reasonably priced.
