Returns and Warranty

Low price guarantee: If you find a lower list price on comparable jumps within 30 days of purchase we will refund the difference to you or buy the jumps back, our option. ( must be in stock, non auction, non liquidation or close outs, regularly priced comparable jumps, lesser quality jumps won't qualify nor will wood jumps, jump cups excluded, our opinion as to comparable quality will prevail. )

When you recieve your jumps, if they are damaged or are missing parts or hardware, contact the office and we will ship out replacement parts on the next business day.

First 30 days: If you unsatisfied in any way return the jumps to us (shipping prepaid) and you well get a prompt refund. Send them back to us unassembled and in the original containers.

3 years: If the jumps fail during normal use, caused by defects in material or workmanship, we will provide replacement parts or a replacement jump, our option (horse crashing not included) to the original purchaser. Ship the failed parts to us and we will ship you replacement parts.

5 years: If the jumps fail during normal use, caused by defects in material or workmanship, by the original purchaser we will provide replacement parts or a replacement jump, our option (horse crashing not included).

20 years: If the PVC deteriorates to a point that the jump is non-functional due to environmental deterioration (not horse crashing) we will replace the jumps to the original purchaser.
