When you place your order you will receive an email confirmation that we received your order. Orders received Friday afternoon, and over the weekend, will ship Tuesday. Some orders received early Friday may ship same day. Most orders received Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday will ship on the next business day. A business day is any day that FedEx picks up orders at our warehouse. We keep a large inventory of stock on hand, ready for shipping. If we do not have an item you will be notified via email of the back order and the expected shipping date, and given the option of modifying your order. When FedEx picks up your packages at our warehouse FedEx will send you an email notifying you that the order has shipped and will include a tracking number. You can use this to follow up on your order while in transit.
You may choose the shipping method after you have selected your order and before checking out. The exact shipping amount will show on your order before you finalize the order. Next Day Jumps does not add any handling, packaging or shipping fees. The price of shipping is the exact FedEx charge.
You may choose from several FedEx methods, the most common and the least expensive is FedEx ground.
International shipping is welcome. Send inquiries about international shipping to dan@nextdayjumps.com. Occasionally orders with several boxes will become separated in transit and will be delivered on different days.
Sometimes FedEx delivers part of an order one day and more on another day. This happens when the order get split up during shipment. If you receive a partial order, please wait 1-3 days for the rest of the packages to arrive or use the tracking numbers sent to you by FedEx to learn where they are. They will always ship from our warehouse on the same day.
All orders ship from our warehouse in Chico, California. Delivery time will vary with the distance from Chico to the destination. You can follow this link for a shipping time estimation from FedEx. For the "Ship From" field enter Chico and 95928.
