How does ordering and shipping work?

Most orders ship the next day we receive the order. We keep a large inventory of stock on hand, ready for shipping. If we do not have an item you will be notified via email of the back order and the expected shipping date, and given the option of modifying your order. When FedEx picks up your packages at our warehouse FedEx will send you an email notifying you that the order has shipped and will include a tracking number. You can use this to follow up on your order while in transit.
